How's this sampler sound? Brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork, sweet sausage, hot sausage, pulled chicken, 4 smokin wings, 4 bones of ribs, two sides and cornbread. This platter keeps me supplied for a couple days.

Side selections include slaw, baked beans, corn pudding, collard greens, mac n cheese, green beans, fries or hush puppies, and cheese or chili fries.
